Effective date: 23 October 2026 · Applies to AI Apocalypse version 1 and these support pages.
The short version
AI Apocalypse does not require an account. The app has no advertising, third-party analytics SDK, cloud-sync service or runtime AI service. Your household settings, quiz answers, kit and mission progress stay in local app storage unless you choose to export or share them. Apple handles App Store purchases.
Who is responsible
AI Apocalypse is provided by G Digital Limited. For app support or privacy questions, contact g.digital.limited@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
The app stores household counts and planning preferences; draft quiz answers and assessment history; checklist quantities, personal targets, applicability, notes and custom items; mission completion dates; and accessibility and sharing preferences. These records are used to operate the app and preserve your progress. They are not sent to a developer-operated server.
The app does not ask for your name, address, precise location, diagnoses or medication names. Health questions ask whether you have a plan. Please avoid entering sensitive details into notes or custom item titles.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases and restoration under its own terms and privacy policy. The app uses StoreKit to check verified transactions and unlock the full handbook. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide developers with store sales, financial or aggregate performance information through its services. The app does not run its own payment server or advertising identifiers.
Sharing and export
Sharing a result is optional and starts only when you choose it. The result image contains the fictional score, rank or neutral alternative, and non-sensitive copy. It excludes household counts, health-related answers, kit quantities and notes. You choose the destination in the system share sheet; the recipient service then handles the shared content under its own policies.
Progress exports are different: the JSON backup contains your saved household settings, quiz records, kit notes and mission history. Keep exports private. If you send a file to someone or store it in a cloud service, that service’s policies apply. Purchase access cannot be granted by an imported progress file.
Device backup and deletion
Apple’s device backup may include app data depending on your settings. The app does not provide its own cross-device sync. You can remove local records using HQ → settings cog → Delete all local progress. This does not remove an App Store purchase, existing device backups, exported files or images already shared. Manage those copies in the relevant device or service settings.
Local records remain until you delete them or the installation’s data is removed. We cannot access or delete a progress file held only on your device.
Support enquiries
If you email us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate the issue and maintain necessary support records. Please do not send passwords, financial information or private medical details. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and follow up on the enquiry and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to support, email the address above. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable law. This does not give us access to local app records.
This website and external links
These information pages use Netlify hosting. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for hosting, operation and security under their own policies. These pages do not add advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or third-party fonts. Your email service processes a message if you contact support.
Opening a source or other external link connects you to the destination website, whose privacy policy applies. We do not control those sites.
Children and sensitive information
The app does not create child profiles or knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer service. Household counts are local planning prompts. Do not enter children’s names, sensitive care instructions or diagnoses in notes.
Changes
If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated and its effective date revised. Questions about this policy can be sent to g.digital.limited@gmail.com.
