Something needs a human?
Email g.digital.limited@gmail.com with “AI Apocalypse” in the subject. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help if you remove private details first.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, medical details or your complete progress export. We do not need these to start helping you.
Open settings
Go to HQ → settings cog. You will find household settings, appearance, share-card preferences, purchase restoration and local data controls.
Restore the full handbook
Use the Apple Account that originally purchased the unlock, connect to the internet, then choose HQ → settings cog → Restore Purchases. Restore is also available on the full-handbook screen. A pending purchase may require approval before access is granted.
The free edition includes the quiz, share cards, kit, six missions, three guides, one scenario and two dossiers. The optional one-time purchase unlocks the remaining five guides, three scenarios and four dossiers. There is no subscription.
Saved progress and a new device
Progress is stored on your device, not in an account or cloud-sync service. Use Settings → Export progress as JSON to save a private backup. On another installation, use Import a progress file; the app validates the file and shows a summary before replacing local progress. Restore your purchase through Apple separately.
Apple device backups may include app data depending on your settings. Do not rely on the app to synchronise between devices.
Delete local progress
Choose Settings → Delete all local progress and confirm. This clears household settings, assessment answers and results, kit notes, custom items and mission history. It does not delete an App Store purchase, previously exported files or shared images. Manage exported copies wherever you stored them.
Quiz score versus kit progress
The quiz uses your confirmed answers. Checking an item in the kit does not silently change those answers. Reassess from HQ when you want a new field report. Items marked not applicable are excluded from kit completion.
Offline use
The assessment, saved kit, missions and bundled guides work offline. Full-edition content requires a verified purchase entitlement. Purchases, restoration, support email and external source links need a connection.
Real emergency?
The app is a preparation handbook with a fictional premise. It does not provide emergency dispatch, live monitoring or medical treatment. In immediate danger in the UK, call 999 and follow official local instructions. The fictional readiness score is not a survival probability.
